Business data may be sourced from publicly available directories, websites, and other online sources. We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Business owners or their authorized representatives may contact us at any time to: (a) correct inaccurate information; (b) update their listing details; or (c) request removal of their listing from the Site. Removal requests will be processed in a reasonable time frame at our discretion.

5. Free Listings — Discretionary Approval

Free business listings are offered entirely at the discretion of the webmaster and are subject to approval. There is no legal right to a free listing. Listings may be refused, withheld, removed, or suspended at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected spam, inappropriate content, or violation of these Terms. To combat spam and fraudulent submissions, all listing requests are subject to review before publication.

6. Listing Content — Changes & Features

The content, layout, formatting, and available features of both free and paid listings may be modified, upgraded, downgraded, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Implicit Success Marketing reserves the right to make changes to listing presentation, category structure, search algorithms, and all other aspects of the Site at its sole discretion. Paid listing subscribers will be notified of material changes that affect the core value of their paid service; however, cosmetic or technical changes do not entitle any user to a refund or credit.

7. Paid Listings & Services

Where paid listing tiers or advertising services are offered, payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility will be disclosed at the point of purchase. All fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. By purchasing a paid listing, you agree to the applicable pricing and terms in effect at the time of purchase.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Any attempt to manipulate listings, reviews, or ratings is prohibited and may result in immediate removal and legal action.
